I just had my basement completed yesterday, similar situation as you, it was about 75%, it needed electrical, some finishing work and painted. Used a finishing contractor and an electrician we found on Kijiji. Both contractors were great, had reasonable rates and trustworthy. Pm me if you want their numbers.
