I think this is really bugging you, like really, really bugging you.

Does it also bug you that there have been many other events exactly like this in the past, events that haven't hurt or affected you - mainly because you were blissfully ignorant of such events taking place?

And so what of future similar events, are you going to keep those events on your radar somehow and react the way you feel is appropriate?

Pretending abnormal people are juat regular normal people does bother me.

Exhibitionist and thise with a need to be nude in public are sick people. Im surprised at the results honeslty.

Forcing your 6 year old daughter to be nude with nude adults is disturbing to me. Maybe when we have kids ill be more relaxed.

X100. Could not agree more. Kids should not at all be in this type of environment.

imo normal people do not think of this stuff. I know it seriously does not come up in my mind at all until someone posts a thread like this.

IMO the people who are so actively against 'moral' stuff like this is because they have some closet abnormality in their brain that deep down inside they are aware of and that they know is just waiting to break through given the opportunity. I feel these people are often the loudest opponents shouting out so hard as a mask for their inner demons that craves that immoral behavour, so that externally no one could ever question where they stand cuz they are so actively against it. What that means is the guy who is so against say, alcohol, that he thinks bars should be closed down, it should be illegal to buy it, there should be zero tolerance for it driving, biking, walking, thinks the death penalty should be given to anyone who drinks, etc etc... is probably a closet alcoholic or one drink away from becoming one. Why else would he think about this crap so much if it wasn't always on his brain?

I think the same goes for pedophiles. Its not normal to think 'kids in change room, or pool, or in their bedroom', and instantly make the jump to omg someone could total look at them, and get off on that...... and stuff!

Also, take an anthropology course or two. Learn how your own narrow view of the world is not actually the only way.

People who car so much about what other people do are the ones with issues. See: politician so against gay marriage then gets caught with a gay hooker.

Yes, because I don't sexual children, nor do they sexualize me. We go to the nude beach in Maui whenever we're there. The first time I saw an obviously underage, but well developed girl I was wierded out at first, but then realized it was no big deal, and went back to enjoying the sun. My mind didn't even register it as sexy.

It’s not my cup of tea, but I don’t see the big deal of kids being there. It’s probably good for their perception and body image.

Interesting replies, I wonder how many of the people that voted no have kids?

Better yet, do you lock the bathroom door when you're using the throne or are in the bath/shower? In our house, the bathroom doors are rarely closed and certainly they are not locked when they're closed. But I suspect that this is not the norm, that locked bathrooms are the norm. If locked, why? Who are you locking out and why?

Even better, some of you remind me of a friend of ours who was always talking about gay men and how grotesque the things were that they might be doing in their bedroom. Our response to them was why does it matter to you, why are you so concerned about it.

I guess I don't equate child nudity to anything sexual so don't see it as a big deal

I don't have kids but I was forced into things and to do things as a kid and hated it.

Also current house is a pain in the ass to lock the door so it only gets closed. Any other house I will lock the door. Not trying to keep anyone out just habits.

It has nothing to do with sexuality, its allowing the child to make the decision if they want to be there. I do not feel a child can safely do this unless they have been taught the differences.

Same thing as letting kids run naked at public beaches... its weird.

Dont you find it a bit odd that the human body has become so taboo?

Rec beach isn't 18+ and I've never heard a complaint...

To each their own, not my cup of tea - but a pedobear would be nuts to go have his id recorded then go pull something at an event like this.

Wreck beach is a public open space not a private building such as a swimming pool; different rules.
