A balanced budget is a bad thing at this particular point in time. Not only do you have pressure from millennials to get a $15 per hour job, but there is also pressure from the USA if you actually make anything more than 3% profit - it seems its automatically up for review as "tariff-able".

Heaven knows that Asians in north America know the score - make too much and you will just get a head or foreign buyers tax. Too many smart Asians in schools? Affirmitive action for white people kicks in...

Stop making too much money - idiots :P

My friend posted this but, zero idea if it's accurate. Is it?

"Notley shuts down coal fired power plants in AB then buys 196 Mw of power from Montana which is COAL FIRED.
    Just let that sink in."
Fake news going around Facebook to feed trolls,

    - - - Updated - - -

12 of 18 coal power plants were due to be phased out by 2030 years ago. ND haven't shut anything down yetc but some have an ounces natural gas retrofits

Is this a case to keep a coal plant running at less than 50% capacity rather than just buying shortfalls cheap from somewhere else? Can't really see an economic or environmental benefit to that. So I'd have to ask, what's your point?
We were at higher than that, so what's your point?
