Default Tattoo Artists for Night Sky tattoo

Looking for an artist who would be good with small details as Im looking to get a tattoo of the night sky and dont want it to be overly big so Im a bit concerned about it looking good.

Im sure there are many artists that could do it in town but I dont want to be their first sky/space tattoo. Maybe Im paranoid but this is forever sooo......

Not paranoid. Like you said, it's forever.

When I found the artist to do my back I didn't settle until I found someone whose entire portfolio was amazing to me. I didn't necessarily like the actual tattoos themselves in some cases, but I could find zero flaws so that meant I could trust him with me.

I have no artist suggestion, but just wanted to confirm that your attitude about finding the artist is solid.

Look up Tim Ashman at Obsidian Rose, he is in Chestermere.
He's currently doing my 3/4 sleeve.

Not big and detailed do not go hand in hand. May look good early on but as time goes by lines will spread a bit and the tiny detail will get washed out.

    Example...

Honestly, most people here are likely to only recommend their own artist. I could name a few I could send you to. But honestly, the best way to do it, is find the names of all the reputable shops, open all their sites/instagrams, and go through their artists portfolios by hand.

One guy I can name that does excellent work, and can do any style is Craig Quill, @quilltattoo on instagram, and he's at Blackbird Electric. He mentored my tattoo artist, and again can nail any and all styles from what I've seen.

That's why I just say I have a 4" dick and lift weights to make up for it.

I don't know what big is to you, but a couple friends I know who are into tattoos looked at inkbysaga and it looks pretty good for what you want.

Damn that is some sick artwork he has. The nerd in me is loving a lot it. If I was to ever get a sleeve for sure that is the bar for quality.

I've seen in person some of Craig Quill's work as there's a guy at work with a bunch of his tattoos and they look good. I'm not a big tattoo guy but I got my last work done by James Jacobs at Enso Tattoo and his work is pretty top notch.

Discussions about tattoo artists are like discussions about the best place for pho, there is no clear cut answer.
    Will fuck off, again.
