Default Help: ensuite shower has no water

    HI all,
just looking for some possible casuses for this, its a new built, ensuite shower has a shower bar and rain shower, but none of them has water coming out, all valves in basement are on, it was tested before and working fine, prior to the installation of shower bar, but not sure what the plumber did for the installation, maybe he switch off the small valve? but i cant find it anywhere, and the only valve i see is in the basement...
any help on this would be appreciated.
    thanks

New build... it's covered for a call to the home builder to mitigate asap.

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

so i thought beyonders might shed some lights..I am starting to think that he might need to rip out the walls..

Probably a shut off valve behind the metal cover on the handle.
    See picture in link.

Know where your master water valve shut off is before you start on this.
