Foreign Exchange Service or Bank for US dollars

Can anybody recommend a good Foreign exchange service ? I know that with Low Canadian dollar value, this is not a good time to buy US dollars.

Need some US dollars for the trip. Do banks offer better rates than the exchange services ?

I know that at Airport, we don't get good exchange rate . Is any place in Calgary is good ?

Retail places generally offer better rates than banks for USD.
Canex forex in Eau Claire had better rates than Calforex when I checked.
