So when you say they are fucking short staffed, that's not a funding issue. That's a direct bullshit policy issue that is caused by the kind of people we vote in at all levels of government.

Your understanding of what’s really happening out there, and what the police are doing and why we’re doing it could use a reality check and it may help you better understand the realities of law enforcement.
So come on down here, and I’ll take you out one night. I’d be happy to show you around.

I think it’s important for people to know what’s happening out there and what we are really doing, as it’s good for the community to know what your police are doing for you, so I’m happy to discuss it with those who show interest.
