It is, but it's still hard to not plug your nose when you're getting a free manicure and playing on a golf simulator with a waterfall behind you trying to trick yourself into thinking "this is free".
Their $400 GPS updates tell you where that money is going.

Yeah they try to sucker you in with the convenience factor but I just decline the larger items and do myself or take to a friend, I've never had them push back on anything. Otherwise the free lifetime oil changes with our 07 sienna has been great with CHT drive thru. Also, not sure why anyone gets Nav's these days (unless it's part of another package) when smart phones have much better nav apps with no BS upgrades costs.

I sure don't. The Lexus GPS is the WORST one I've ever used and no update would fix its issues.
