    Default Recommendations for VW shop

Just wondering who might be the best priced and preferred amongst you guys for servicing a VW? Just fell outside of extended warranty and have never had to use anyone except a dealership in the past, but have no interest in paying VW shop rate for repairs! TIA

I had a good experience at concept1 and very friendly staff. I’d return there again for sure.

If you're looking for a shop in the north with TuneDub levels of workmanship, rates and overall care for you and your VW/Audi, I'd recommend Dr Dub. The owner Sobe used to work with George at TuneDub and is a great guy.
Bonus that he can usually get you in right away. From my experience TuneDub is usually booked weeks in advance.

Ive been to both Tunedub and Concept 1.

I choose Concept1 for all my VW needs.

I don't live in Calgary anymore but loved Bert and Mac's off 17th ave. It's no longer there though! Are these guys still around?

Ive had bad experiences with tunedub on my personal and parents car. Would not return. Concept 1 is great though (only used for aftermarket installs etc though).

Also, Tonys auto if they are around are good to deal with!

Concept1 for me. Peter Dixon has been an awesome resource for my TTs (which has many similarities to the GTI/Golf R). I got my car tuned and maintained there post-warranty. Great place to work with.
