I have outdoor chives that we planted years ago that we eat all summer. That's one hardy plant!

You need to nip the flowers. They'll stop growing good crop if you don't get rid of them.

    Week 7.

Peppers and strawberries didn't sprout, my guess is old seeds. Tomatoes have demolished the entire bucket of water at week 5 so it's on its second bucket and that one is half gone. Ph 6.5 on everything. 700ppm for lettuce, and ramping up ppm from 700-1000 on cucumbers and tomatoes since they are flowering. We also cant keep up with the lettuce, so the new neighbors will be receiving overflow lol

Throw your store bought onion bulbs into water after cutting them! Left is 9 days and right is 3. You can almost watch them grow.

Week 3 from seed up to 1200ppm nutes already. She's a hungry and thirsty girl. Siblings are 4" tall and barely taking 500ppm. I like this plant, need to take cuttings.

Well, from planting in early March, the peppers were ready this week. Could have left some another week if we weren't going away.
Got ~20 small peppers. Nice flavor.

This was the most ripe of the bunch. The rest are in a paper bag with some tomatoes to ripen.

That's not your BBQ. That's not your home. Those aren't your peppers. Who was phone? So many questions.

Sure is buddy. The peppers seemed bad for 4+ months then exploded. The herbs were good nearly right away.

All because Benyl got a vasectomy without you? Didn't know you were that sensitive.

Nice peppers. I may have to reboot my aerogarden or sell it. One of the two.

Those turned out great! Did you only use the aerogarden nutrients? Or how does it work?

I have my pepper plant finally going again. 2 huge tomato plants have taken over my tent

Yeah, just the liquid nutrients. Taste is good, we are quite pleased. Will start a new batch soon for midwinter harvest. We probably need a setup that allows taller plants for peppers, as we hit max extension pretty early, and the leaves seemed to burn at the end. Didn't hurt result I guess.

The herbs we ran in the other unit were pretty successful too. Maybe too successful because it turns out we can't / don't eat that many fresh herbs.
