Damn...I miss the time when I used to weight that but I was in my 'bulking' phase and purposely gained 25-30 lbs in a few months.....unfortunately it's been 5-6 years and the 'cutting' phase still hasn't happened . But that's a whole different thread. M2 would be pretty mint at under 200lbs.

Stay away from body building supplements are you taking that weight gainer protein powder? That shit is awful for your cholesterol and gut. I used to weigh 205 lbs with a 36" waist. Wasn't a flattering look.

I don't take anything anymore. When I was around 185lbs I took them for a few months and went up to 220lbs in 3 months. Gained a fair bit of muscle but also a lot of fat. Just haven't been able to cut down the fat since then and it's been 5-6 years. Partly because of not being able to go to the gym regularly but mostly because of shitty diet in general. First meal of the day usually happens around 2PM for me and by then I am so hungry I eat whatever the hell I can get my hands on and is filling.

Meal prep is all I can say. After an unhealthy summer I came back from a boys trip in Denver heavier than ever. Dropped ~16 pounds so far in 9 weeks even accounting for some birthday parties, thanksgiving etc. Plus also some muscle gains now that I can finally do leg days again.

Either sat or sunday carve out some time to cook all your lunches and 100% can't skip breakfast. Load up in the morning and eat leaner as the day goes on. Lots of simple solutions from packing fruit, greek yogurt, oats etc (can combine those all). Or even make breakfast wraps, pack hard boiled etcs. Drink lots of water. Then just pack a healthy lunch and if you're still hungry thats what the hard boiled eggs or almonds/veggies can be for munching between.

This is what I do, I portion everything out sunday while watching football and doing chores. Gets me prepped for the entire week and prevents going and grabbing shitty food. That and I cut out a lot of junk food in general.

I have the same problem to an extent. Try and make a smoothie with almonds, yogurt, whey isolate, berries and milk before you leave the house. Takes 5 min max to make/drink. Your metabolism is probably crawling because you're putting your body into starvation mode by not eating until 2 PM.

    Should I get a M2 or CTR?

How about we cover meal prep and diets as well?

    Perfect.

^It’s related cause I gotta lose weight to fit in the M2. Lol

Thanks guys for all the advice. I will look into that whole IF concept too considering the way I live, I end up fasting a lot for extended periods of time. But I definitely need to do something before shit gets out of hand.

Deflate the bolsters, my best friend is 6’4 and 260lb and he never complained about being inside my 2 series.

C63 is actually worse imo because the performance seats are way more aggressive.

Not sure, I don’t remember where I read this, it in the GTR the drivers seat is narrowed by an inch compared to the passenger.

Also in the GT350, I think it’s the same. My brother commented on the narrower drivers seat.

I don’t know if a 2 series is “race” enough for that kind of detail though. /racecars

I mean, if I was actually tracking the C63 I could handle the seats being an inch smaller for more support, I keep mine at max but I’m fairly slim.

I love the adjustable bmw bolsters... even the x5 has them now... much better than the automated #metoo bolsters
