Default FS: LARGE amount of carpentry tools for sale for WAY below cost

Firstly, I am only selling as a bundle so please do not ask for certain items, I do not have the time or patience to sell individually. Backstory is that I used to build custom homes on the side as well as do some flips. I have chosen to get out of this and and besides tools I use around the house daily or weekly everything must go. here is the entire list of what I am selling, I don't know how to post pics so if you'd like some send me a message and I can text them to you. This is essentially everything you need to build a house with the exception of a compressor and skill saw.

    List is as follows:
    (cheap, misc. junky shit)
Container/organizer full of various bits, screws, bolts, hinges, etc.
Mastercraft organizer full of drill bits for metal, wood , some sockets, etc.
Set of higher end Allan keys in a t shaped with container
4 or 5 ratchet straps, all heavy duty from 2 inch thick to 3 inch thick and up to 12 feet long
    multiple un-used 7 1/4 circular saw blades
    extension cords
4 and 5 inch hole saws
    2 or 3 entension cords
    hacksaw
    multiple grinding and Zip disks
    clamp
    new and used trowels
    lock box
    multiple scrapers
    (mud, stucco, paint) mixing bit
    paint brushes
    nitrile gloves
    various different sized caulking guns
    sand paper
a box of Dremel tool attachments (bits?)
    construction lights on extension cords
    hatchet
multiple scrapers. some still in box
Hitch for your truck with 3 different ball sizes on it
    spade shovel
    space heater
    eliminator charger
3 or 4 different types of hammer tackers (all of which are construction grade and over 50$ each)
2 folding work bench left things
    Construction blankets

    List continued:
    (Real tools)
Makita drill kit with normal drill and hammer drill, charger and battery. Also comes with square soft case to carry (this is brand new and never even charged)
Makita reciprocating saw (sawmill), also new and never used
    Snap-on LED construction light
Milwaukee grinder (used once or twice and basically new)
    Mastercraft jig saw
Dewalt palm sander used once ( thought I lost it so bought a replacement then found it)
5 foot aluminum level (over 100$ and very true)
One of those ladders that folds in to 4 from a small step, to high step ladder to a 10 foot extension but can be folded down to be very small
    Ridgid shop vacuum
    Ridgid 10 inch table saw
Ridgid undercut saw (multi tool, whatever you like to call it)
10 inch sliding and telescoping chop saw
    Dremel tool
Milwaukee cases of drill bits (quality ones, not the $1 bargain ones that strip in an house)

There's much more misc. junk to go with think I just can't remember off the top of my head. To purchase all of this it would cost you thousands upon thousands, the drill kit as well as case for it cost me $575 alone and it's never even been used.

I am looking for $1000 firm and am not negotiable at all. Again if you'd like pics of info then text me your number and I'll get back to you immediately.
