Even better when your car is black and it rains a bit and your car is covered in yellow spots.

It seems reallllllly bad this year? I don't have allergies it's just all over my fucking vehicles haha
ya this year seems nuts too..hell it's inside the house from having the windows open.. So glad we chose last week to paint our window trim. A nice yellow tinge to all the white
I'm not even in Calgary, but still in Alberta and I find it a bit more bad this year than typical. My nose is all fucked when I try to sleep, it's so annoying.
Does that require a prescription in Canada? Do you find it habit forming? I’m up to two extrastrength reactines and still getting nasal congestionThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

You dudes with allergies need to get on the sinus rinse program. An excellent addition to your allergy medication. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Looks like Flonase is NOT prescription, just ran over the pharmacy and picked some up, they have directions that talk about months of use so sounds like it’s ok to use daily, has a steroid as opposed to whatever active ingredient that is in Dristan so hopefully not habit forming like dristan.
Hoping it helps, I’m dieing today!
that's what I mean, but more than once a day can help a lot, and you may need to do it a couple of times each time. I do minimum three times a day right now, and in the afternoon, I do it twice back-to-back as well. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Also, the bottle beats the pot. I make my own salt mixture too.

I don't remember the pollen being nearly this bad in previous years. I have to wash my car every couple days unless I want it to stay yellow. Just looking around in parking lots, it seems everyone else is in the same boat haha. I can't imagine what it's like for people with pollen allergies this year, must be a nightmare. So glad I have my ceramic coating, the sticky sap/pollen just blasts right off.

That spray is the only thing keeping me alive right now lol
I MAKE BALLER CARS MORE BALLER.....
It was a good 20-some years of no allergies but I'm going to have to accept the fact that I've developed hay fever as an adult since it's been recurring for a few years now
I don't get it nearly as bad as some of you guys do though, thank goodness
My spruce tree is fucking loaded with pollen right now. I accidentally brushed up against it, and a huge cloud released sending me into a sneezing fit and turning half my shirt yellow.
It’s because we’ve had so many days of hot, dry weather. Hopefully the next few days of rain will rinse this shit away. Plus they just swept my street, so it needs a good rinse too.
...
Flonase no longer requires a prescription, but if you have a drug plan you can get a prescription for the equiv.
I tried them all and Flonase just straight up works. Sinus rinse/Netti Pot does help but I need to do it so many times a day just to survive. I was taking Flonase, got lucky as my allergy test was available within a week of asking...so I couldn’t take any meds for a week. It was hell, even rinsing 3 times a day, I would be sneezing and blowing my nose at work a ton.
I’m back on Flonase and don’t even rinse or take reactine because I don’t feel I need to. After showering in the morning I snort some and get on with my day, like putting on deodorant.
My regiment last year was sinus rinse in the morning and about an hour before bed. Then right before bed I’d take an extra strength reactine. The non-drowsy didn’t work worth shit, it always made me feel pretty foggy for the entire morning so I was forced to take it before bed and even then I’d be so tired and out of it the next day. I drank a disgusting amount of coffee to be productive.
Flonase has basically cured my seasonal allergies. If I could be that loser on the infomercial saying “Flonase changed my life!” I would happily because it’s fucking true.
According to the allergist, seasonal allergies are becoming more common, attributed to what he believes are longer growing seasons and therefore longer exposure periods. My allergy test also revealed that I’m allergic to the whole god damn planet, and it’s a miracle that I haven’t died yet.
