Oh shooting insulin to eat more now? *smh. (Assuming you’re not diabetic of course)This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
And who said anything about it being dry? If you bother to cook the stuff properly and use a thermometer there’s no reason for chicken to ever be dry.
I didn’t realize that being able to pound back 3000 calories of one carb and one protein in one sitting was a sign of manhood, but thanks for pointing it out cuz I as well have no problem doing this.

3000 calories of chicken and rice in one sitting, I would hope so!This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Just to make sure it is actually 3000 calories, I wanna see you guys eat 8 cups of rice, and 8 cups of chicken breast.
Film it :P
I think some of these guys measure calories like they measure their dicks. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Yea. I've got a habit overestimating how much food I eatThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I don't know how to use a measuring tape so I tend to err on the side of caution and overestimate as well. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I mean, the 3” mark is pretty well laid out. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Yeah but I can't read it! All the markings look the same. That's why I just say I have a 4" dick and lift weights to make up for it.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I would like to see that too. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
As reference, that’s a two litre container of rice, and 6 cooked chicken breasts. Also, not the frozen kind that are 4oz. The big ones that are half pound.
Hahahah. Good luck

lol I have trouble crushing 3500 calories in a day that is somewhat healthy. Only way anyone is eating that in one sitting is in dessert or chinese buffet hahaha
When I first made the push from 160-200lbs it got to the point where any chicken would make me want to throw up. If you are a real man you blend tuna in your protein shakes like Brian Shaw hahaha

A question for Beyonders that know better than me:
Work, family and life in general over the last year or so has basically meant I've been unable to get to the gym, so I've been using IF as a means to keep my caloric intake in check while not working out... I now have an opportunity to get back to the gym but I've always been a morning workout person and it fits best into my schedule anyways. I feel there may be a conflict, as my fasting window usually runs from 11PM to 3PM and I've always understood that protein intake immediately after a work out is hugely important.
So, my question is - how do I best manage my morning works outs, protein intake and an fasting window that lasts for ~6 hours after I'm done at the gym?
Well, firstly, what's your goal at the gym? You doing it to stay trim, or build size?
Yes, should've mentioned that...
I no longer have any interest in getting YUGE. The main objective would be to stay trim & keep the dad bod at bay...
I suppose that answers my question - stay focused on the IF and don't get worried about the protein intake.
