Default Anybody have a place to rent?

I know there's a few slum lords on beyond, I have a student and her husband looking for a place to rent.

    Husband is gainfully employed.

They have a cat and a large dog (70lbs).

They were paying $1350 + utilities.

Current landlord sold their townhouse because they can't make money.

    Anybody? PM me.

70 pound dog? That's going to be a rough one to sort out.

Townhouse for $1350, that's going to be hard to beat too. My 1 bedroom goes for more than that. Good luck.

It's a warzone out there. I had probably 150 applicants to my rental a year and a half ago

How much to euthanize and cremate the dog? Then they stand a chance.

You realize you are talking to the guy who made his own furniture out of salad bowls right?

Not mine but looks like this should fit them and available to move in next week.

    ....

That's basically it for non-apartment units. Which is going to be tough because condos tend to have weight limits for pets.

Even as a homeowner, you are basically just a renter these days

Canterbury side by side townhouse two bedroom one bath, utilities and internet but water is extra, I'm thinking of asking $2K+

    SOHO loft style.

Heck I might even ask more and if noone bites, I'll just stick around. Rental prices are not slowing down at all.
