I will note, I only ran into an intermittent misfire error code but that was due to a light flywheel. But Sentry is right, if you don’t fix some “no shit Sherlock” design problems you can find yourself buying a new $5k short block, or replacing a transmission for another $5k, or rustproofing areas that obviously should have been done from the factory.
