GUM Red Cote - buy local?

I had these as a kid so they must be somewhere but I've asked my dentist and a few pharmacies and most of them have no idea what they are which I find strange

Does anywhere know where to buy these locally? Basically they attach to plaque in your mouth and color it red, my daughter has been getting lazy with brushing lately and these worked fairly well for me when I was around her age
