    Default 2018 British Grand Prix

Hey it’s not all about the World Cup this week!

3rd consecutive race weekend. Qualifying was damn tight, one of the most exciting of the season. Race start in 15!

Ham passing everyone today on a supposedly unpassable track.

Great race. So much excitement in the end with the 4 cars.

Just reading the news writeups... sounds like it was a good race.

Great race. Awesome recovery by Hamilton.
Not sure about the comments after though.

Mercedes with some questionable strategy today with Bottas. They had to pit him on that one SC that everyone went for tires. He had no chance to fight at the end of the race. They made the right call with Lewis but his hard tires were much fresher.

One of the better races this year with so much passing and action. The Red Bulls hitting each other was the cherry on top of this race. I love it when those two go at each other hard.

Mercedes saying that Kimi's contact was deliberate? Yes, that was the scenario they had planned, bottas and vettel blaze past hamilton and then kimi locks up and hits him tire to tire
Good race overall with lots of action. Would have been nice to see what Leclerc could have done without the pit error. Good pace by the top four, those last few laps were some of the best racing I have seen this season. Hartley and bottas not much luck and of course grosjean crashed.

^^^I don't think the bulls touched, it was the gearbox that sent him into the spin.

If you read media reports, that’s sure what it sounds like. If you watched the post race interviews, what Toto and Lauda are talking about is how Ferrari are putting themselves in a position to make it or break it, and going all out in the battle for position to gain even if they make a mistake which would ruin the race for Mercedes. They can’t tell if they’re being deliberate or incompetent. Sounds way more dramatic if it’s spun the way the media has spun it.

Yup. Didn’t even matter who won, because the fans won with that 10 lap sprint.

What is more amazing this season is that if Vettel and Hamilton both have 2-3 off races right quick there could be a 5-6 way battle for the championship.
    Will fuck off, again.

Was an awesome race, was awesome to see all the passing and racing right to the end, but after the race comments really turned me off Mercedes and Hamilton. What a bunch of sore losers and cry babies. For the first time in a long while Mercedes got some real competition and they can't seem to handle it. Hamilton got owned off the line, he was already behind before he got hit, with Ferarri's pace, there was no guarantee that he would have beat Vettel even if he didn't get hit, yet his comments make it sound like it's his god given right to have won the home grand prix. Despite cheering for Vettel I always liked Hamilton, not so much anymore.

    Kimi's wife..lol

    He looked like a goomba..

To be fair I think he wrote on his twitter that he was exhasted. I don't blame him.. home GP... getting knocked by a scandianvain in a covert operation to counter for Swedens loss in the world cup... Seems all cloak and daggers to me.

The F2 drama with Santino Ferrucci is even better than F1 drama.

The weekend starts funny enough. He wants to run Trump - MAGA stickers on his car, and FIA told him to pound sand.

Next up, he rams his teammate off the track during race 1 because he didn't want him to pass. While focusing on all that, he let everyone else pass him. Video: https://youtu.be/QnSXWkXOlU4?t=3m44s

Pissed off at his teammate, he decides to ram him on the cool down lap.

Of course this is all on top of the fine he received for texting and driving his race car to the pits.

The team defends his teammate for all the shit that Ferrucci put him through with this tweet:

His father? Yup. Apparently, Ferrucci and his dad was making fun of his Indian teammate the entire weekend by talking with a bad Indian accent. Can't make this shit up. Guess that's the end of this American F1 prospect.
