I was laid off within the last 3 years and found new employment in the same industry
I was laid off within the last 3 years and found new employment in a different industry
I survived the downturn with the same company
I quit my job within the last three years and went elsewhere
Its not over, we're all fucked!

The deal is a lowball before the elections. Considering the stock was $11 only 3 months ago before the differentials went up.
But more importantly, the market has reacted and stock is trading at $11 today essentially making the Husky offer null and void.
If Husky offered $18-20, shareholders might give it some thought.
