anyone else having issues sending texts from a Bell phone today?? both myself and my mom appear to be having issues texting.
I can send a photo no problem but texts are SUPER hit and miss.

Have to restart my phone almost every time I send out a text. So def a bell issue...
What brand of phones are you both using? Im on a samsung. Wife has an iPhone and has no issues.

I'm on Virgin which uses Bell network and I'm having issues sending as well. Seems if I restart it it lets me send a couple but then starts failing again.

I had the issue earlier today. Restarted my phone (Note 8) and everything seems fine since.

Samsung for both my mom and myself.
Iphone shouldnt have issues if using i-Message, as its data not a text.
Restarted, only helped for a small amount of time.
