Yep. I thought Justin told us we're all equal especially when it comes to laws and human rights?!
Not in this case or the latest firearm debacle.

Do you know how many hours in the healing lodge it’s going to take to make this young man feel better!
You definitely don't. Only talking to the special spirit animals of his tribe will the answer reveal itself.
I think I learned that on Beavis and Butthead Do America.

[Redneck] you mean they don't just load up on mind altering substances and go on prolonged spiritual journeys in these healing lodges? [/Redneck]

Apparently I'm racist so I should stay out of this debate, but the whole works is so screwed up this isn't fixable... Hell the great spender Trudeau can't even solve the water crisis now into his second term with not a single boil water order removed.

If the PC's found someone better than a potato to run against him, he probably wouldn't be.

    This.

Our current state of affairs is far more a reflection on the MASSIVE ineptitude of the Conservative Party than it is on the Liberal Government.

That alone should leave most reasonable people to question how on earth the Conservatives could competently run this Country right now. Here's a hint - they don't know how to either.

The sad thing is that the 4 leadership hopefuls are just going to bring more of the same come next federal election.

That’s because of this engrained idea that in order to be a winning conservative candidate you need to be a Liberal.

If both parties are exactly the same why would anyone vote for change.

Unfortunately if you don't adopt more liberal ideas on the social side of things (not financially) I don't think you will form government in Canada anymore.

Even Scheer could have won the last election if he didn't try and appease the socially conservative portion of the party with his non-answers and non-commitments.

This joke is in terrible taste but I thought the whole point of utterly decimating indigenous populations and taking their land hundreds of years ago was that so we didn't have to put up with their bullshit now

You should rethink that even as a "joke" imo. Pretty disappointing.

    I appreciate it, my man.

COVID's got me watching so much comedy specials that I'm 1) forgetting that I'm not a stand up comedian and 2) stand up jokes don't translate well to forums.

This goes to show you the stupidity of the average person. Even with the vote on the left split 3 ways, conservatives still have a hard time forming government. People would rather vote for bankruptcy where nobody will have any rights at all, to avoid voting for a person that has a different social outlook because somehow they think that affects womens/gay rights.

It is unbelievable that Libertarian has not been getting massive boosts. I would think that even people that pretend to highly value social issues, would also value fiscal responsibility. But maybe they are even stupider than I thought? Or maybe Libertarians are just so bad at marketing that nobody knows who or what they are?

If that was the case we would've wiped them out like was done everywhere else. Not try to help them coexist with us.

I found myself on the morley reserve a couple of weeks ago trying to get my name on a trapline. I honestly feared for my life driving onto the reserve. It's a scary fucking place.
