I was PM for a water treatment plant in Morley and part of the contract was to install 16 fire hydrants throughout the townsite. We ran into this exact same problem (highway 93 closure pushing people on to the 1) I think 2 summers ago and we decided to always book the Tuesday off going forward, it’s so much less stressful.
