Truth. Sky Castle is a fucking dump and a rip off. Big Box is 100x better too down the road into Calgary.

I am a staunch air Canada guy (vs WestJet) but the union kills the service. Short haul is usually the newer attendants and then the long haul are usually the bitchy disillusioned old ones that hate everyone.
