Default Chinese Ebike battery question 36V - how to test?

One of the guys in my shop was tossing out a electric bike, so stupid me said I'll take it. Can't get any info off of it online and all it says is "eva-2011s hunt e-bicycle" and everything else is Chinese. So the batteries are 3 12V in a series to I assume is a 36V motor. The batteries are completely shot, but I want to just see if the motor on the ebike even works. Is there any way to test this? The batteries run into a terminal plug that looks like a power cord for a PC monitor. All I have laying around the shop is a battery from a scooter, and a couple car batteries. Didn't want to waste the cash buying 3 batteries and setting it up just to see if the motor even works. I put my charger pack on them and it just says replace battery

I have no clue why I took it but it intrigued me, worst case I dispose of it.

See if it spins at 12v.
