Late British America tended to do blocks of land in exact "Minecraft" style squares. The French tended to use arpents, which is much more irregular especially near bodies of irrigation water.
Those are the only two choices.

Cocoa $11,000 per tonne.
Size is also up for debate: One square mile per person/family is not out of the question, although 1/4 square mile is likely.
There is some apprehension to land allocation at all, as it has the potential to destabilize North American housing values. Taxation as always: up for debate, but very unlikely anyone will avoid taxes. As well as potentially bringing prices of things like wheat into the sub $100 per ton range.

In the spirit of ZenOps being a more sophisticated Aarash, I'd like to ask beyond for their personal opinion on best vermicelli bowl downtown.

It's been years, but I wasn't that impressed there last time. My favourite downtown is Pho Hoai over by the Harry hays building. Although I usually get the soup. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
