What sort of a ticket? I will take on a matter every now and then if it has some sort of significant jeopardy involved. Otherwise it's not worth retaining a lawyer. PM if you need to.

No dash camera or other witness. My friend was driving and there was an undercover officer in the next lane, pulled him over and gave him a following too close. Should be able to plead guilty to a lesser charge.
