    Default Traffic Safety Act Inquiry

    Hey Guys!

I know it’s been a while. I needed a little quick help here.

I’m having a hell of a time finding the section(s) of the Traffic Safety Act that would be violated if one a. drives on the shoulder and then b. makes an unsafe merge back into traffic.

    Thanks in advance!

ps. It wasn’t me. My car was totaled by a driver taking out my entire drivers side doing this.

Don't know the section, but something to do with entering a roadway?

Thats usually what a cop is supposed to be doing - figuring out what laws apply to a traffic situation.

Yes, TSA has regs for crossing over a solid white line for eg (shoulder) and driving with out due care and attention (pretty serious).

It's not the size that matters, it's the taste it leaves in your mouth.

    Section 15 (4)b and c

Did the cops show up and do a report? You can request the second page at the issuing station and it will tell you if and what the other driver was charged with
