    Default Looking for obsolete e-readers

Hey, looking to buy a couple of e-readers and the ones that suit our needs are older now-obsolete models of the kobo.

Specifically looking for the original kobo touch model, or kobo models that have no back /side /front lighting.

Must be kobo for compatibility with certain software, no kindle. Must be e-ink screen, not a tablet.

Suggestions as to where to source these? Any chance of new-old-stock for sale somewhere?

    Thanks.

We have one of the kobo touch that has been loved to death. It's held together with duct tape and none of the buttons work anymore.

Kobo Aura is also probably acceptable.

Wow guys thanks! That would be amazing. Still interested in figuring out what the deal is with that liquidation mania site. Anyone know of that's legit?

I have one that when I see it, it is dead, I recharge it, let it sit for 3-4 months, then recharge it. Really never use it anymore. Gone back to paper books. It's a black kobo e-paper no backlight.

What would you offer for it? Text me if you'd rather.

35$ USD for a used Kobo doesn't sound too unrealistic IMO ... im sure shipping will bring that up some more as well.

Thanks for the offers. Have picked up one and am working on another this week. Kid will be happy to have one that works again. Previous one has been destroyed.
