Some of the LG panels have MLA, I don't believe the B series has this.

I’m not an OLED fan. I’m a brightness whore. Even the Evos aren’t terrible bright compared to the mini leds out there these days.
That said, seems like a decent price for that size of OLED.

Thanks guys.
I'm helping my FIL shop. He wants something in the 75-80" range. Viewing angle and brightness are the two top priorities, and budget is probably in the $3k range. Overall I think it makes the most sense to wait for BF/Boxing Day. Any other suggestions for TVs to look at though?
I don’t think prices are nessecarily going to get better than that FWIW, waiting a year will probably get you an EVO panel tv for a similar price but that’s the extent of it.
Alternative would be buying a non OLED tv if you want more brightness, at that price, today.

Someone claimed they got a 77" S90D for $3K from Visions. But QD-OLED longevity isn't proven and Samsung hate on paying for Dolby Vision may turn some people off. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Dropped another $50 and sale extended by 3 days instead of a week. That means BF pricing is upon us.
