Where the hell to buy mini candy canes?

Trying to buy 1000 mini Candy Canes to bring to Mexico for a local school.

Where the hell do you buy these? Amazon is useless, Walmart is useless, I need them in a week or so, I can't wait 2+ weeks to get these from online.

Can be multiple buckets/boxes, just need 500-1000. Figured all you beyonders with kids will know where to get these things.

Save on Foods has had them in the bulk section in the past. You would probably have to call to confirm though.
