I wish Calgary had places that does the "mango pancake" or "durian mochi" like they do in Vancouver.
Not sure why they call it a mango pancake as it's more like a soft crepe cream puff, but nonetheless one of the best things I look forward to in dim sum.

I was checking out the alberta health site one year for fun to see what my go to's were like and sure enough they were all major offenders lol

and I did not have the only say in the matter (most people just want it done ASAP and don't care about quality).

If anything we made a better decision because we had a consensus and were all on the same page.

Dim Sum after 9pm, you are probably looking at U&Me only. Have not been there for more than a decade so don't quote me.

EDIT: yeah, Dim Sum all day there.

Great taste on 64th by the old Crappy Tire has durian mochi. Shits gross. Don’t get it. They use a super thick tapioca dough that's the same as the tapioca balls with red bean in the middle. The whole thing isn't even sweet either.

Also my vote is for Central Grand for best dimsum.
