Has anyone become or considered becoming an Energy Advisor? I have been working in the building industry for years and recently took an exam prep. course to help prepare for the exam but am very discouraged realizing now how much of the exam is theoretical content and not practical everyday application questions.

if you're referring to commercial buildings, it would probably be more worthwhile for becoming a Certified Energy Manager or Building Energy Auditor
