    Default Outdoor POE camera recommendation

What are beyonders using for outdoor POE cameras? Preferably something that doesn't require a NAS.
Been looking at the low res Hikvision cameras

I guess I would go the NAS route if its really worth it but I would prefer not to. I was hoping the Yi outdoor cameras did POE but unfortunately they do not

Hikvision are solid products, I've had 7 bullets for a few years, still going strong.
I'd go Turret style over dome or bullet. Dome suffers from internal reflections from the IR, and the dome can discolor, fog over time.
Bullets are bad with spider webs as the IR angle bounces right back.

I have those exact cameras at our place. Six of them feeding into a NVR in the basement. Resolution has been good; being in a new construction area has required me to "dust" off the domes every so often but other than that, I've been impressed with the video and also the Canadian customer service team who have been helpful with a few minor tweaks and glitches. The app is great to use; the online Admin interface not as much, as the admin site will only work with IE and not any other browsers which can be frustrating. Still working on getting some kinks ironed out with the notifications.....

I'm using Blue Iris on my main i7 desktop. It also does Plex and a few other functions, photo editing etc. No performance issues.
