Dont need to. Legislate a change to the approval process.
What about when this legislation to change the approval process is inevitably ruled unconstitutional? What next?

That would certainly make things exciting from a separatism perspective.

Typically you really don't want to leave those things to the courts, because they might actually not rule it the way you want...

This quote was brought to you by the PMO and the people at SNC Lavelin.

You appear to be mis-interpreting his point. But I won't speak for him.

Was his point that you actually do want to leave it to the courts, then? Otherwise I interpreted it fine and made a joke about how everyone's favorite leader used such rationale for wanting to avoid a trial for everyone's favorite company.

Which is back to my point, are we starting terrorist organization like PLQ or not? That's the only true outcome for #wexit. You can't really lawyer you way out of this, only force.

So it'll be like another HK. Self immolation to get out.

Why do you think i came to the conclusion the only way right now is to create a major energy crisis by shutting all oil and specifically gas production down.

Albertas not getting fixed until north america goes a few weeks with 5$/litre gas, lineups and rationing and houses going cold.

It'd be much more effective to sync a fr8er in the cway.

No PLQ needed yet. Just need to start collecting taxes on behalf of the CRA. That'll wake them up quick. Left-wingers love money even more than morals.

I did think of two more things that might be interesting to do.

Naw, you're just trying to interpret something in a way that allows you to then attack that thing. There's a name for that.

Anyway - he is saying that it is better to legislate better laws than to let the courts interpret existing bad ones. Which is true.

Maybe it’d be better for suntan to write better posts than to let people interpret bad ones.

He wasn't writing clearly for the lowest common denominator, as we found out.
