    Treat and then send downstream, sure. But most larger cities are very spaced out, so it has a chance to naturally clean itself. I still wouldn't want to be at the end of the Mississippi though.

    This is treat, and then immediately pump back upstream a mile for 700,000 people.

    Wichita Falls, big spring, Snyder, midland, Odessa all apparently are already doing this

    My company will be working on a couple omniprocessing type facilities like this throughout rural alberta next year.
