Default What are some legal things you could do to mess with someone?

Recently got ripped off on kijiji.. bought a set of used tires to find out one was punctured and not repairable. Seller says TS, and all I have is his cell # and address. What are some LEGAL things I can do to mess with him? (Not a huge amount of money, so dont want to do anything to get me in trouble) Things that are more of a nuisance perhaps.

Some sort of Texting program? Sign up some other kijiji ads? Open to ideas..

Also, anyone work at Telus that could get me a name via cell number??

Bought used tires once and all four turned out to be cupped. Learned my lesson and never bought used tires again. Suggest to just take it as life lesson and move on in life.

Glitter bomb. You can pay an extra $3 for extra glitter. One does not simply wash off glitter.

Did you know it was punctured?

    Did you inspect them?

Going to grab popcorn, gotta feeling about this one.

This seems most appropriate. Extra burn if you treat her really well and she realizes that you are more of a geltleman then he is, she leaves him for you, and you get to raise his kids as a loving and supportive step father.

    That's how it's done.

Buying used tires you assumed the risk of... buying used tires.

The ultimate question is why one must buy a used rubber?

too bad craigslist is down, could have made an interesting post there. Maybe do a tinder or dating profile with a hot girl and ask for dick pics throwing up his cell phone#?

Have you tried reaching out to him and showing him the inspection report?

Obviously I didnt know there was an issue with the tire..I looked, but not close enough. They are big AT tires, so easy to miss a small puncture with siping etc. Seller claims he didnt know either, but the shop I brought them to showed me a small yellow mark that looked partially rubbed off in the same spot.. so yeah, he scammed me. I will likely end up whole or very close to in selling the other 3 as spares, but I would still like a little bit of F you thrown his way.

Glitter bomb would be good.. but not looking to be out of pocket much more. (and dont know his full name to get him to open it)

Anyone used those SMS type spamming programs?
