Maybe it was a roll up the rim winner. That's fate right there.

So for all you yay-sayers, any particular motivation for saying yes (money/savings) or is this simply something that doesn't bother you and is essentially an irrelevant factor?
If its a murder in a high end or otherwise respectable area, no issues. If a murder in a low income dump - no. Too many other secrets in the home by then usually.
Also, murder 3 months ago vs 10 years ... big difference too.

Shit, there's only 49 users here, I doubt we'll even break 100
I voted yes. I mean, I've killed like 6 hookers in my basement, and I sleep fine.
No way, bad mojo
Cos...
I'm chinese so no.
The discount I am sure I could wrangle would definitely motivate me to purchase that house over another, and yes, this would be a situation that wouldn't bother me at all. Crime scene cleanup is pretty good and has really high standards that gets checked over by AHS, and I am handy enough to gut a house to joists and renovate if it was particularily messy. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Bad ju-ju, ghosts, spirits, god, voodoo, psychics, Horoscopes, its all hokey pokey. The more people that believe otherwise, the better the discount I get.

I say stupid shit all the time.
My GF did crime scene clean up when we first moved to Edmonton (wanted to be a coroner so whateves).
It's actually pretty crazy the state the cops leave a house in after a scene. Insurance covers the clean up costs (typically) but the home owner gets someone to clean up, not the cops. There's blood, various dyes, whatever after a murder or suicide and the cops take the body and are like "well, see ya later." And because it biological, you need to hire the specialized cleaners and there are barely any in Alberta (crazy business venture for the brave).
She had to do one house out in Spruce Grove, the one with the kids. Apparently it was pretty obvious piecing it all together how it all went down...how cops can do that kind of stuff day in, day out...pfff not for me.
As for the topic at hand...I'd rather be blissfully ignorant about it, otherwise I wouldn't.
