    Default Pinemont Lane Condos

Just curious if any Beyonders have ever lived in this complex... they are just SE of the intersection at 52 St & Rundlehorn Dr NE in Pineridge, white stucco/red brick duplex buildings. My brother has been looking at a couple units for sale in there and while they look decent and priced quite well, wouldn't mind a bit more information from those who might have owned or rented before. Thanks guys.

Its mostly a rental place, they are known as PINERIDGE GREENE APARTMENTS.

If buying, do your due diligence with regards to age of some of the bigger items (eg windows on the units). Its older and more established so the costs should be pretty much figured out by now.

This complex is on the south side of Rundlehorn Drive... I know of Pineridge Greene, that's on the opposite side of the road from these units.

Are you talking about these sub 500sqft, $0.56/sqft condo fees... below grade bedroom “duplexes”?

Why? You can be in a much larger condo not in the heart of the hood for the same money... also good luck on getting a lender to bite on something that small

Yes, those are the ones. He's been looking at these ones in particular as it's what he's looking for: easy access, one attached neighbor only, lots of recent updates to the buildings themselves (windows, doors, deck, roof, etc) and the condo fee is pretty low. (Actual finished sq ft is about 900 or so).
