Update: There is no update since I raced it at Castrol. The turbo setup has been working flawlessly for 9000km now, it's been such a great (fast!) winter daily.

Took it to waiparous yesterday for some shooting with some buddies, had it loaded up with 3 guys and a bunch of gear and was the only car out on the trail lol.



Also the water to air setup works amazing in the cold.

No it's a 5spd manual. I replaced the clutch on the previous page because the stock one tapped out at 10psi of boost.

Subaru automatics don't even like stock naturally aspirated engines.

It's still a champion in the cold weather. Bit piston slappy til it warms up but thats typical of Subarus.

Checking that my ECT, IAT, and the cars outside temp all agreed how cold it was. I had to make my own calibration for the ECT sensor I used because there wasn't a file in the firmware for it. Back when I wired it I made a 3 point resistance table using computer duster to freeze to -10, room temp 20c, and boiling water 100c.

Last month some dickhead in a stolen truck hit and run my poor Lesbaru.



I chased after his ass but he turned the wrong way down a one way and crashed into some more stuff. CPS eventually got him with the help of the hawcs helicopter.


I tracked down a fender with the right two-tone and bought a pair of ebay headlights. Today my girlfriend and I fixed it up. Polished the tire marks out of the bumper, replaced the fender and headlights. Ill replace the smushed air filter after winter is over.


Gave the rad support some love with a BFH to get the new fender and headlight to line up decently. Just needs a hood now.
