I’ll take rain and + temperatures any day of the week over snow and cold
It's been raining here for two weeks straight. It's mad depressing. Have not seen sun in two weeks.

Longest stretch we had was last year in October. It rained like 28 days out of 31. Messes with the mind.

Much prefer the snow. Only problem with Calgary is that it drags on until May. Ugh.

My first winter in the Okanagan. Rained all day in Kelowna, not just sprinkle either. Weird, but yeah, better than -20 and wind.

Getting a fair bit of snow so far...not that much yet though! Hopefully it’s not too much, it’s so wet and heavy!!

It’s not much better when it’s too cold to go outside and enjoy the sun

It’s cranking in canmore, to the point they closed the Smith Dorrien road. Forecast today was showing up to 150 cm in spots by sat night

Fucking rain in December. Didn't know it had, took a step out the door and was body slammed to the ground. Couldn't even stand back up it's so slick. May have broke/cracked my forearm. Will have see how it is in the morning. Salts in the garage so I can't get to it so I'm stuck until it melts off. Sucks being in the boonies sometimes.

Better than breaking your back slipping on ice which I did 14 years ago, wouldn't wish that pain upon anyone. Get well soon and be careful out there in the boonies.
    Will fuck off, again.

Well, that was a white knuckler between Calgary and Airdrie. Solid fucking fog. I was doing 60 on the highway and flying by the occasional other car. I didn't even see the crossiron sign until I was about to pass it.

Edit: Also a really bad time to find out the previous owner changed the fog lights to completely useless blue ones.

Well, looks to be curling ice outside on my truck and the sidewalks. Hospitals are gonna be busy.
    Will fuck off, again.

No breaks. Just a bunch of lost skin and a sprained wrist. Took two applications of ice melter to clear the walk. Fog doesn't help any.

Nothing like some good ole snow to throw on top of the already gross slick obstacles outside.

I'm planning on grabbing some pickle sand today. Our sidewalks are fucking nuts. Could wear your skates.
