I know the deep south part of the city had a big dump in late November but you and I don't live far from the airport and that's where Calgary's official weather records are determined or so I think.

I guess November isn't often snowy? My yard has less than two inches of snow depth even in sheltered shady areas. I guess let's have the snowiest December now too. Be nice if "out east" had a really cold winter. Like record breaking number of heating degree days. That'd be nice for a couple of reasons.

I'm in Canyon Meadows and I can definitely say we've seen a lot of snow compared to other areas of the City.

Normal days I'll take Macleod.. On days like today I usually swing down Blackfoot. Less lights and traffic especially with this weather and the mall.

Lol it was really slippery. Had to keep my dog at a slow pace not to fall. Was outside for 20 mins or so and I'm soaked.

Probably my fault. I spent $2.35 on a rinse for the car today. Then had a 45 minute walk around ranchlands. Absolutely soaked. Roads were fine though.

Southern Alberta weather is so much less stable than I'm used to.
