Koodo winback (previous customers) - $25 for 30gb ($5/24 month credit).
Koodo / Virgin / Fido / Public mobile - $34/30gb Mostly for new customers but can probably get as existing
Telus EPP or small business has $50 per line for US-CAN options now (EPP price is for 1 line. Small biz is min 4 lines/ Both I think you need Telus home internet for the extra discount)

We just signed up for Telus on a small business plan. $30/ line can-us-mexico roam like home. 150gb data per line +1000 international calling minutes.

A lot of them have dedicated winback departments that give deals that retention can't do. Pretty sure most have just merged retention into generic customer service as everyone learned to just ask for them.
For winback most of the time all you need to do is call in, tell them you are receiving a work phone and it's too expensive to keep two phones so you want to set a cancellation date a month away. Then in a few days winback will contact you with the better plan options. For most of the carriers you don't need to actually cancel.
If you don't get any better deal you just call in and remove your cancellation request.

Well it’s no $30 deal, but Telus gave me 50GB extra and an iPhone 14 lease for the same price as I was paying before ( plan went down by $15 a month and the iPhone was $15).
Wife needed a phone so this worked out
