I never got such offer. I've been a customer of Fido since they were named Microcell Solutions, so almost 15-20 years. Decided to just see what would happen if I talked to Retentions. Rep said he found free 20GB offer on my account. I said not good enough, do better broski. He came back with 60GB Free Bonus data for life no cost.
So I got 85GB total now for $38. Try your luck peeps. Live chat, retentions. And if they dont give you extra data, dont accept and exit and rechat with another agent till you get it.

Most data I've used was 26 or 27 gb. I'm normally under 20 most months. Having 200 with each line right now is almost useless but nice.
Telus did fix all my issues. Waived a boat load of fees, gave me a bunch of credits so my first month and half were free. Then set my account up so all the discounts were available on each line without the need for adding the extra services.
So my plans are $35 each. 200 gb. Unlimited calling/txt With usage in Mexico included.

Most of the time it's never an issue but this month I did get the 95% usage text. Though that's just from being at site with no wifi / having to hotspot my laptop. Wifi only peasant life for me for 5 more days.
Were you originally with Telus or moved from Bell/Rogers? In my case they recommend a wifi extender. Turns out this can't be used with star link so all my plans were $20 more per line.
They fixed it so now every line is $35 even tho I didn't add an extra home service as they screwed everything up.
