You only have 2 options and Freedom isn't one of them. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If you are ok with Telus, try their subbrands. If not Rogers has quite a deal via Co-Op today. And it's supposed to be a pricing error.
$45/mth for 100GB
0 down
iPhone 16 128GB - $14/mth with $390 buy out after 2 years
iPad 10 - $14/mth with 0 buy out (data share)

Freedom is amazing. You just roam on the fastest tower available in Canada for free. I get 1 bar on Telus and 4 bars on Rogers at home. I'm with Freedom, so it just switches me over. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

I knew of this deal and after 3 hours on the phone the end result is "you aren't a new customer".
17 years with Telus.

they still have that pricing error it seems, the real deal was the crazy trade in stacking, old phone getting a bonus and then the google device bonus stacking on top
I was in Similar boat as you . Telus customer for over 20 plus years. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Ported my number to Rogers Friday morning and called Telus winback in the evening and got the above deal.
If you want message me and I will give you the details.
See this is exactly the game I have no interest in playing. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Its either you want my business, or you don't.
I recognize in the grand scheme of Telus, the revenue lost from my wife and I leaving is a grain of sand on a beach.
Its more of a loyalty thing to me.
Either way, we will be moving on.
You gotta just shift your mindset and get used to playing the game every few years.

When I switched to Rogers, I was convinced that I wouldn’t go back to Telus. However, I had a bad start with Rogers, and I had no interest in going back and forth between their call center and dealer.
In my last call with them saying: you treat new customers better than existing. Fine, I'm just going to switch to another provider offering a better deal, thanks. Then hung up.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Within 1 hour I had a call back and offered a better plan than I was trying to get. As an update, I thought it was 150gb but it's 180gb a month. Way more than we need but the price point is right.
It's amazing how every company has quarterly financial reports talking about XXX number of new subscribers, but nothing for subscribers lost... as if their customer base only grows without losing any ever. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
