Default House Exterior issue - Need suggestions for repair

Not sure how best to describe this, so hopefully the pictures will explain. My house a little "Juliet" balcony, which is tiled in slate or something. One of the tiles is cracked, and all of them seem to be poorly sealed to the stucco below. I don't use this space, but I do want to make sure there's no water intrusion happening.

Is that something that requires a contractor, or can it be bought at the home improvement stores?

its not hard, and you can get the stuff from home depot. Remove the slate down to the wood underneath, prep it, and then install the duradeck and then reinstall the railings and put a bead of clear silicone or outdoor caulking around the edges.

Cool. Wonder how I'll do the edges around the stonework, and how I'll lap it over the stucco. Will look into this.

Looks pretty easy to lay down, but I'll need to rip off some of the stone veneer to get this stuff underneath. That may require a skilled exterior contractor
