    Already happening. Screenshots from the badcustomer website were sent. The whole thing stinks like a spoiled shithead kid with no experience in anything trying to run an auto shop without adult supervision.

    Apparently (or allegedly), IMC created a fake Google account with the name of a complaining customer along with his Twitter profile photo, and then left a review on the guys company page as him saying how it sucked to work there. Seriously. Check the Reddit thread.

    Norman Baker, if of previous Beyond/SDS fame, giving a car dealership a 5 star review seems about as legit as a politician voting to give himself a raise. Or ExtraSlow tipping a non family member when out for dinner.

    I mean, in this case, I can understand the frustration on their part.
