    come on guys, it has sodium caseinate which is at least a milk derivative

    i still stand behind it. i only make coffee at home on the weekends so it's not sustainable to buy real cream which i can basically only use 2 or 4 times before it goes bad.

    but reading this thread, i wonder if they make ultrafiltered cream which i could use instead?

    Apparently Fairlife uses American milk if anyone cares. Natrel is similar (but not identical) and uses Canadian milk.

    I have tried joyya and natrel and both are fine. Obviously quite expensive though compared to normal milk and each brand is a different volume.

    At this point, from a political stand point Id prefer American milk to Quebec milk...
