It’s Monday morning and Google has thrown yet another organic algorithmic update out into the wild. Client sites are moving all over the place - some bad, some good - and they demand answers! Will you rise to the call and provide your clients the tangibility and reassurance they need?

If yes, please keep reading.

We have a part-time role, estimated 16-24 hours/week (with the potential for full-time), for a capable SEO professional that wants to sink their teeth into client-facing SEO and do a damn good job of it! Our ideal candidate is team-centric and thrives on collaboration with talented developers, copywriters, graphics designers, and marketing strategists; you’re motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.

Most importantly: you believe in SEO, understand its value, and want to improve the lives and businesses of your clients by leveraging SEO to grow organic traffic and get their businesses found.

This role is not an “intro to SEO” junior-level role. This is an intermediate-level role that requires a working knowledge of SEO and a history of success. If you’re nodding your head thinking “hell yea, that’s me!”, fantastic. Keep reading, there’s just a bit more to go.

You’ll report to the Director of Content & Organic Strategy, a high-energy 14-year SEO vet. You and the DoCOS will work closely together, analyzing data, making recommendations, and generally rocking the organic landscape. You’ll also have the full support of an incredibly talented group of people.

If you want to move the needle for your clients and your career, well guess what- you just found the place. Welcome to POD Marketing Inc.

When applying, please submit at least three small business SEO clients you have worked on and the results you achieved. No novellas, please- short and sweet is great. Note that in your interview you’ll be asked to walk through the clients, strategies, and results in-depth.

Note: this role is 16-24 hours per week, with the potential of full-time.
