Sony WH-1000XM3 Over-ear noise cancelling headphones

What I've got is a pair of headphones that I got from a rewards program. So, there is no receipt, there is no expressed warranty, unless you can take it up with airmiles.
Now that I have that out of the way, I got these about 2 months ago, and I've been trying them in various indoor situations. They've never been outside, as I'm on disability, and don't have a job to go to right now. Anyways, the noise cancelling is as good as all the reviews say. It completely kills the talking and music of the shows that my wife and daughter watch, and I can listen in comfort, at about 56-60% volume. The reason that I'm letting them go, after giving them such high praise, I'm not an over-ear guy. I tend to stick with IEM's. So, these are really never going to perform for me, especially at what they're supposed to be good at. They've had one charge, and currently sit around 60% right now. You NEED to use the Sony Headphone app for these, to get the noise-cancelling and such to your liking. They support SBC, AAC, aptX, and LDAC. Range is pretty good. When I have it selected for best quality audio, I can walk the 75 feet front to back in my house, only in the last 5 feet does the sound start to skip.
