Default need to replace exterior vent & flap for kitchen exhaust

Pretty straight forward. the flap on the existing vent is warped and won't seal properly when the hood fan is off. I tried to see if i could find just a replacement flap but it seems like you need to replace the entire vent assembly, which means removing the j-trim and some siding to unscrew and remove the existing vent.

Does anyone know who can do this for me? the vent goes to the side of the house about 10-12feet above grade.

or... is there someplace where i can get a replacement flap? I'm not sure if the flap from a new vent unit will be a drop-in replacement for the existing flap. the existing one seems like it has a (really poorly designed) spring on the back of the flap.Name: IMG_9087[1].jpg

Well imagine if instead of writing that letter to the editor, she just posts on a car forum for car enthusiasts. That's Kritafo.

Can you not just bend it back into shape?

If you can remove the flap itself (assuming it's plastic), hit it with a heat gun and bend it back into shape.
